To measure my homebrew things with my spectrum analyser I tried to build a VSWR bridge that can be used to around 1.3Ghz. I searched the internet for it and found some sites about this piece of equipment. I`m not going  deeper in detail about making it, urls I ised are below.

Circuit board used is 0.8mm thick PTFE board, cleaned after etching and then silver plated. Resistors you see are 100Ω SMD ones, coax is PTFE RG316. Further the complete thing needs to be put into a milled alluminium case with a nice finish on it to complete the whole thing.
